Island Culture Archival Support

The Pacific Regional Branch of the International Council on Archives (PARBICA) is a professional organization intent on promoting the effective management and use of records and archives across the Pacific Islands and preserving the region's archival heritage. Every two years PARBICA holds a conference that provides a unique opportunity to make or renew professional contacts with other archivists working in the Pacific Islands region.
